These SunVoyager signature freshwater pearls are carefully grown inside mussels rather than oysters—offering a beautiful and more sustainable alternative to traditional ocean-grown pearls. Unlike oysters that cultivate a single pearl, freshwater mussels nurture multiple pearls at once - each one forming alongside its siblings, growing together in harmony. This natural process gives rise to what we call "sister pearls", designed to hang together side by side.
