Shipping within Australia
All SunVoyager orders are shipped via Australia Post and processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details directly from Australia Post — just make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout so they reach you.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all Australian orders over $100, and express shipping is automatically applied to orders over $150 — or you can select it at checkout.
Please note that processing times may extend during peak periods and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, SunVoyager is not responsible for delays through Australia Post or for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address or contact details provided at checkout.
Should there be any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Thank you for your support and understanding!
